Cancellation Policy  
Applicants must write in (email, mobile messages are accepted) to cancel their booking.
Refunds for cancellation will be reviewed on case by case basis.

By interacting with, submitting information to or signing up for any organized activity offered by City Harvest Church (“CHC”), I/we agree and consent to the use, processing, collection and retention of my/our personal information by CHC, its staff or appointed committee for the purposes of the church retreat activities of CHC as shall be deemed necessary or desirable.

Liability 
By submitting this registration form, I/ we agree that all the names listed on this form are physically fit and have not been otherwise advised by a qualified medical practitioner. I/We will not hold the Church and the Retreat Committee liable for any accidents or mishaps that may arise from or during the retreat. I/We will abide and comply with all rules laid down by the Retreat Committee.

Booking Instructions

General Information

    • All room types are subject to availability and will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis after registration. 
    • Registration is confirmed only upon full payment of the room(s) (Twin: 2 pax; Triple: 3 pax).
    • Partial room payment is not allowed. For rooming assistance, please email YA@chc.org.sg.
    • Upon successful online booking, an email acknowledgment will be sent to the Booking person’s email address provided. 
    • Room IC will be the person-in-charge for room key collection on the day of check-in.
    • The Booking person will be the point of contact for all correspondence related to this booking.
    • Please ensure you have the following information before you begin your booking process. FULL NAME (as per passport), DATE OF BIRTH, PASSPORT NUMBER and PASSPORT EXPIRY DATE.
    • All passports must have a minimum validity of 7 months from the travelling date. Applicants shall be responsible for any visa application if required.
    • Please ensure that you key in Name as per passport. (Example- LAST NAME: Tan, FIRST NAME: Nelson Xiao Ming) 
    • MarriottDeluxe Room/King Bed = 1 King-sized Bed. MarriottDeluxe Room/Twin Bed = 2 Single Beds.
